Hi, it’s a long time i didn’t post on wordpress, because today my teacher give me a exercise , it says i have to introduce about my family and i wanna say to you , ok so let’s get started .
I live in a family of five : my parents, my younger sister , younger brother and I . We are all very busy people : my parents work , I and the children spend most of our time at school . However, we still split household chores equally among the members .
My parents are responsible for the family finances , my father does the heavy lifting , mends things around house , my mother does most of the cooking and grocery shopping .
Being the elder child in the family , i take up the rest of housework but i don’t alone because i have my sister who always by my side , she help me a lot . So I and she take turn the housework equally such as doing the laundry , taking out the rubbish , sweeping and cleaning the house , …ect . We do housework together and help each other every time . Besides , i and my sister often help my mom to prepare meals , clean the fridge everyday after meals , if i wash the dishes in morning and afternoon , my sister does it in evening . And about my younger brother , he’s 9 years old , so he does the light housework like put his toys away ,…
I don’t know how to say but you can see that my parents are not do a lot of housework because they have to go out to earn money , to nurture us , so as being a child in the family , i’m responsible for helping them to do housework , to reduce the burden but we still share the housework that everyone does it equally , as we know that if everyone contributes , the burden is less and everyone have some time to relax , to make us more closer as a family .
